which are **instantly delivered** after successful payment.
Once access is granted
or a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

 * Orders for **digital products cannot be cancelled** once the payment is completed
   and the product is delivered/access granted.
 * If payment is deducted but you do **not receive access or file**, please contact
   us within **24–48 hours** of purchase.

Refunds are **only applicable in the following cases:**

 1. Payment is deducted but product/link/access was not delivered.
 2. Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
